Terms and Conditions

 

 

1. Booking & Payment


1.1 Booking Confirmation


All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment. A booking confirmation email with travel details will be sent upon successful payment. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or cancellations.


1.2 Payment Terms


We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods. Some travel packages may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Full payment must be made before departure unless otherwise agreed upon.


1.3 Price Changes


Prices are subject to change due to exchange rates, airline policies, hotel tariffs, or other factors. Once a booking is confirmed, price changes will only apply if external factors (e.g., government taxes, airline surcharges) affect the cost.


2. Cancellation & Refund Policy


2.1 Cancellation by the Customer


Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation:


  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund (minus admin fees)


  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund


  • 0–14 days before departure: No refund


Some packages, flights, or hotels may have non-refundable policies. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.



2.2 Cancellation by Travons


We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or airline disruptions). In such cases, we will offer:


  • A full refund, OR


  • An alternative travel package of equal value.Travons is not responsible for additional costs due to trip cancellation (e.g., visa fees, vaccinations, travel insurance).


3. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities


3.1 Passports, Visas & Travel Documents


It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all necessary passports, visas, and travel documents are valid before departure. Some countries require entry permits, vaccinations, or other special requirements. Travons is not liable for delays, denied entry, or trip cancellations due to missing or incorrect documents.


3.2 Health & Safety


Travelers must meet the health requirements of their chosen destination, including vaccinations or COVID-19 regulations. We recommend carrying adequate medical insurance during travel. Travons is not responsible for any medical emergencies, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the trip.


4. Travel Insurance


We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellations & delays
  • Medical emergencies & evacuations
  • Lost or damaged baggage
  • Personal liability & accidents


Travons is not liable for any losses due to lack of insurance coverage.


5. Liability & Limitations


5.1 Third-Party Services


Travons acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and tour operators. We do not own or control these services and are not responsible for:


  • Flight delays/cancellations
  • Hotel overbookings or quality issues
  • Changes in tour itineraries by local operators


5.2 Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)


Travons is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.)
  • Government restrictions or travel bans
  • Strikes, riots, or political instability
  • Pandemics, health crises, or sudden border closures

No refunds or compensation will be provided in these situations, though we will assist in finding alternatives.


6. Code of Conduct

Travelers must:


  • Respect local laws and customs.
  • Follow the instructions of tour guides and local authorities.
  • Refrain from illegal activities, including drug use and vandalism.

Any traveler engaging in disruptive behavior may be removed from the tour without a refund.


7. Changes to Itinerary & Services


Travons reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, airline changes, or operational concerns. If a major itinerary change occurs, we will provide:

  • A suitable alternative itinerary, OR
  • A partial refund (if the change significantly affects the experience).


8. Privacy & Data Protection


We collect personal information (name, passport details, contact info) to process bookings. Travons will never sell or share your data with third parties, except as required for travel arrangements. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.


9. Legal Disclaimer


9.1 Limitation of Liability
Travons is not responsible for:

  • Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel.
  • Additional expenses due to missed flights, lost baggage, or changes in hotel accommodations.
  • Any dissatisfaction with third-party services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the travel package.

9.2 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Country/State]. Any disputes must first be resolved amicably. If legal action is required, it will be handled in the jurisdiction of [City, Country].
