Cancellation & Refunds


Booking Cancellations


Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policies differ for each product or service. When you make a booking, kindly review the terms & conditions specific to each product or service, which outline the cancellation, refund, and booking policies.


You can cancel the purchased product or service online at our website - www.travons.com. If you face any difficulty in canceling, you can contact our customer care team for assistance. Cancellation requests may require a minimum processing time, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked and purchased.


Some products or services may have full cancellation penalties if they are non-utilized or canceled after the deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.


Cancellation Charges


  • From the date of booking to 30 days before check-in – 25% of the package cost.
  • 30 to 15 days before check-in – 50% of the package cost.
  • 15 to 7 days before check-in – 75% of the package cost.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in – Total amount will be forfeited, and no refund shall be given.
  • No Show – Total amount will be forfeited, and no refund shall be given.


No refunds shall be provided in case of cancellations due to natural calamities.


Refund Policy


If your booking is canceled, refunds will be processed as per the refund policy mentioned in the terms and conditions at the time of booking or purchase.


  • For air tickets, refunds may take between 30-45 working days to be credited to your account.


  • For hotel bookings, refunds may take between 10-15 working days to be processed.

Refund policies may vary for every product and service.


Important Notes


  • You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation, and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason.
  • In some cases, Travons may charge cancellation or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by travel service providers.
  • Travons reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages, or compensation. In such cases, Travons will refund any unutilized amount collected from you for that purchase.
  • Cancellation policies are subject to change and may vary depending on the respective hotels, especially during peak seasons. Some hotels may charge 100% cancellation fees during peak seasons.
